Delivery:

Royal Mail First Class Signed For
If you select this shipping method, it is not guaranteed for next day delivery. Expected delivery is what should be expected if you sent an item with a first class stamp. The only difference being, items sent this way must be signed for, so please make sure someone is available to sign for your items at your delivery address.

 

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed Before 1pm
If you select this shipping method, as long as it's ordered before 3pm, Monday - Thursday, you will receive it the next day. If you place an order before 3pm on a Friday, you will receive it on the Monday (unless the Monday is Bank Holiday, then you'll receive it on the Tuesday). If you place your order between 3pm on Friday and 3pm Monday, you will receive your order on Tuesday. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for your items at your delivery address.

Returns:

Exchanging Items
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. All products are returned at your own cost. Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted.

Please let us know if you are seeking a replacement, exchange or a refund.

*Please Note: When trying on pendants or bracelets,  please do not wear perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item(s). The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation.


Faulty Items

If  the item you received is faulty, please contact us upon receipt and quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the fault, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.

We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. If a fault appears after 14 days from receipt of the item please contact us.


Tarnishing

Please be aware that ALL jewellery tarnishes over time. Whether it is expensive real solid gold & platinum jewellery, or base-metal costume jewellery. The more you wear an item of jewellery, the quicker it will tarnish. We recommend you do a simple search online on the best way to clean tarnished jewellery. We do not accept returns of tarnished jewellery, unless the item has tarnished within 14 days of purchase.


Receiving The Wrong Item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us and quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the detail of the item received, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

When returning any product please contact us using the form below, you will receive a response within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.
